"Do you want to feel as good off the drugs, as you do on them?"

"Why do we do what we do, when we know what we know?"

Support rooted in honesty, lived experience, and real tools that actually help.

Welcome. My commitment is offering grounded guidance and real direction from someone who’s walked the path.

We’ll work together to figure out what you need and what you’re trying to rebuild.

In our first 15-minute intro call, we’ll talk through what’s pulling you here, what you’re struggling with, and what working together could look like.

If it feels right for both of us, I’ll help you set up your first session so you’re not doing any of this alone.

I believe that connection, awareness, and practical mind–body tools are the foundation for real change.

My approach blends everything I used to rebuild myself, including:

  • Somatic practices to reconnect with your body

  • Mindfulness and presence work to slow down racing thoughts

  • Parts work to understand the voices inside you instead of fighting them

  • Energy and awareness tools to feel what’s happening beneath the surface

  • Practical direction so you can move forward with clarity

Why these tools?

Because they work. They’re the reason I went from white-knuckling recovery to actually living my life. And you deserve support that does more than keep you afloat, you deserve support that lets you choose yourself.

The Monthly Feeling

When You’re Feeling Despair...

Every month, I explore one difficult feeling and build a bridge out of it. For January, we are diving into Despair: that gut-wrenching moment when you’ve tried everything the "right" way and still come up empty.

It’s a dark place, but it’s also the ultimate invitation to stay curious and try the unconventional. My latest blog and resource guide explore how "radical experimentation," even with the things we call bullshit, can be the very thing that brings you back to life.

“The opposite of despair is not hope, it’s resilience. And resilience is born from the willingness to try one more thing, even when it seems impossible.”
